This final report evaluates the use and influence of the Evidence Fund study on Kenya inland waters. Commissioned and funded by FCDO as part of the Evidence Fund and undertaken by Technopolis Ltd, the evaluation examines how the Kenya inland waters study has informed decision-making, strategic planning and evidence use among FCDO teams and Kenyan national and subnational institutions. The report uses a theory-based, mixed-methods design to assess the study’s contribution, context, pathways of influence, and lessons for future evidence-generation and uptake.
